We believe that agriculture and livestock in the island are an important way of marketing through the restoration, in fact, since its inception, the restaurant Cas Ferrer has been suplied with product of Menorca field....

.... and today, the products of our organic farm.

We are able now to certify our own production as organic, and we are proud of being the first certified organic restaurant in Menorca.
